Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Styled & Gathered. These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between Styled & Gathered ("Company") and the client ("Client") for event styling and coordination services. By booking our services, the Client agrees to the following terms.

• Dates are not held without a signed agreement and retainer payment.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Styled & Gathered accepts the following forms of payment: Venmo, cash, and check.

• All invoices must be paid by the due date to confirm services.
• Late payments may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund of retainer.

We understand that life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes.

• Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event: retainer is forfeited; remaining balance is not owed.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days prior: 75% of total package price is owed.
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior: 100% of total package price is owed.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 21 days in advance. One rescheduling request is honored at no additional fee.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details, guest count, and venue information in a timely manner.
• Communicate any changes to the event scope, timeline, or preferences as soon as possible.
• Obtain any necessary venue permits or approvals prior to the event.
• Ensure venue access is available at the agreed-upon setup time.

Services provided by Styled & Gathered are outlined in the selected package and any agreed-upon add-ons confirmed in writing. Any services outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and must be approved in advance.

• Setup and breakdown times are included as outlined in your package.
• Styled & Gathered reserves the right to make design substitutions of equal or greater value if specific items become unavailable.

Styled & Gathered may work with third-party vendors (florists, rental companies, bakers, etc.) on the Client's behalf. While we carefully vet our vendor partners, we are not liable for the independent actions, errors, or omissions of third-party vendors.

• Any vendor contracts will be presented to and approved by the Client.
• The Client is responsible for direct vendor payments unless otherwise noted in the service agreement.

Styled & Gathered may photograph event setups and styled details for portfolio and marketing purposes, including social media and website use. No guest images will be shared without permission.

• If you prefer your event remain private, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

Styled & Gathered is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, venue issues, vendor failures, illness, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to find suitable alternatives.

Our total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to or loss of rental items, décor, or equipment provided by Styled & Gathered or its vendors during the event. Replacement or repair costs will be billed to the Client accordingly.

By signing below and/or submitting a retainer payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
